We’re growing (again)! 3 new team members join LAPS

It’s been about a year since our last lot hopped on board the LAPS bandwagon but we’re delighted to say we’ve gone and got 3 more!

These 3 are another trio of professional athletes and we’re pleased to welcome them to the fold. While they know all about the challenges that face our members, they’re also really well suited to their positions as Partnership Managers with us and we’re delighted to put our money where our mouth is by employing athletes.

It’s a funny one as due to the ongoing situation we’ve not actually been able to all meet up but we hope to do so whenever the opportunity presents itself. The Christmas social to Tahiti could be our chance…

Anyway, fictional team socials aside, here are our new recruits:

Holly Myers is a rugby fanatic having played league, switching to union for Richmond, Harlequins and Stade Toulousain before becoming a referee! She’s going to be based around London and the South East in her new role and as she has 2 ex-military dogs, she’s used to covering a lot of ground.

James Craigen is a professional footballer at Arbroath FC and knows the Scottish scene intimately having played in the SPL and Scottish Championship. He’ll be covering Scotland for LAPS when he’s not taking advantage of all the amazing golf courses beyond the wall (yes he also loves Game of Thrones).

Kieran Merrilees is a former Badminton pro, competing in 3 Commonwealth Games and reaching 51 in the world rankings. He’ll also be helping LAPS out in Scotland, indulging his love of food and craft coffee establishments along the way.

They’re all going to be out there meeting businesses and fostering connections between exciting enterprises and LAPS Members. With Terry’s impending move to the North of England, we’re going to be covering more ground than before and are excited to get out there and increase the range of possibilities for our members.

We’re really excited to welcome Holly, James and Kieran to the team and you’ll hear more from them and us over the coming weeks.
