Miriam, Holly and Annie are exhibiting at the In-House Recruitment Expo in London on 4 and 5 May. We’ll have a stand and Annie will be giving a seminar on why career changers are a great asset to any organisation. It’s something we feel passionately about, for obvious reasons. Sportspeople are likely to have a very narrow CV regarding their work experience and previous employers, but an extremely broad CV when it comes to skills, competencies and motivation. We’ll be there to meet in-house recruitment experts from a range of different industries to explain to them how we work with former elite athletes to help them with building their career once they’ve retired from sport.
